MeetQ provides a platform to facilitate online mental health consultations. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

3. User Account

To use MeetQ, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your email verification code, and for all activities under your account.

4. Medical Disclaimer

MeetQ is a platform connecting you with mental health professionals. We do not provide medical advice or treatment. All advice and opinions shared by professionals on the app are their own. MeetQ is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from these consultations.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree:

Not to misuse the app by interfering with normal operations or introducing harmful elements.
To provide accurate and truthful information during consultations.
To respect the privacy and rights of other users and professionals.

6. Fees and Payment

Some consultations or services on MeetQ may require payment. All fees are processed by third-party payment providers. MeetQ does not store or handle your payment information, and any issues with payment processing should be directed to the payment provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

MeetQ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from the actions or advice provided by mental health professionals through the app. Use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided on MeetQ are the property of MeetQ or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the app without prior written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any activity that harms MeetQ or its users.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify users as necessary. Continued use of the app after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MeetQ will be resolved under Armenian jurisdiction.
