We at MeetQ strive to provide the best possible service to our users. However, due to the nature of our services and the involvement of third-party mental health professionals, our refund policy is subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available under specific circumstances, such as:

  • Service interruptions due to technical issues caused by MeetQ, preventing completion of a scheduled consultation.

  • Non-completion of a session due to the unavailability of the mental health professional or other issues on the professional's end.

Refunds will not be issued for issues outside of MeetQ’s control, including network or connectivity issues on the user’s side.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed sessions where services were successfully provided.

  • Missed appointments without prior cancellation according to the rescheduling or cancellation policy.

  • Any dissatisfaction with the consultation outcomes, as MeetQ is a platform for professionals and does not guarantee specific results.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our policy, please contact our support team within 7 days of the incident at support@meet.app. Include your account details, the session date, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Our team will review your request and inform you of the eligibility and the next steps within 10 business days.

5. Payment Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify users as necessary. Continued use of MeetQ signifies your acceptance of the current policy.
